WorldFish is seeking talented and experienced video production team to produce a short promotional video (~4 min) and capture compelling stills and b-roll highlighting the groundbreaking Africa- Asia BlueTech Superhighway project. This initiative represents a significant leap forward in sustainable aquaculture and fisheries management, fostering South-South collaboration between two of the world’s most dynamic regions. 

Project Overview 

The Africa- Asia BlueTech Superhighway project, spearheaded by WorldFish, aims to revolutionize the aquaculture and fisheries sectors across these continents. With a focus on innovation, sustainability, and economic empowerment, this project is poised to address critical challenges in food security, livelihoods, and environmental conservation. 

Video Objectives 

• Emphasize the project’s innovative participatory approach from the ground up to foster sustainable aquaculture and fisheries management. 
• Illustrate the partnership between Asian and African nations, showcasing how this collaboration leverages shared knowledge, technologies, and resources for mutual benefit through South-South collaboration. 
• Detail the potential outcomes of the project, including improvements in food security, economic opportunities for local communities, and contributions to environmental sustainability. 
• Craft a compelling narrative that captivates audiences, encouraging support and participation from stakeholders around the globe. 

Still Photography  

• Take photographs that reflect the project’s impact, the beauty of the landscapes, and the spirit of the communities involved. 
• Provide a series of stills that complement the film narrative. 

B-Roll 

• Capture b-roll of the countries and communities where the project is being implemented.  

• We are looking for high-quality production with clear visuals, compelling narratives, engaging storytelling techniques, and stunning still photography. 
• Experience in Documentary or Promotional Filmmaking and Photograph. Video producers should have a proven track record of producing videos and capturing photographs that inform, engage, and inspire. 
• Experience in cross-cultural settings. A deep understanding of the project’s cultural, environmental, and socio-economic contexts is essential. 
• Ability to Travel. Video production team may need to visit project sites in Asia and Africa to capture authentic stories, landscapes, and portraits. 

Evaluation and Selection 

Applications will be evaluated based on the qualifications and experience of the consultant, the quality and feasibility of the proposed approach and work plan, the relevance of previous work examples and the most competitive proposal. 1. To setup derivative test system for product lines based on test specification (PAV) provided by CoC team accordingly to following requirement:

• To track project budget and ensure equipment cost within the planed budget.
• On time delivery of test systems to the production line according to project milestone (include manage of equipment, hardware interface and mechanical jig and fixture purchase)
• Release the test system according to Test System Release Procedure.
• To train and coach maintenance team to be able to handle test system breakdown more effectively and maintain test system in achieving FOR (NTF related FOR) and OEE target. (eg. Propose Preventive Maintenance plan, analysis tool of breakdown causes, Test System Setup guideline and test fixture and job design concept)

      2. To participate in project meeting to clarify plant/ production requirement on test  
          system.

      3. Responsible on full test implementation according to test procedure according to PAV
          defined by CoC team and achieve defined test coverage, make sure alignment and
          calibration process (such of flashing of memory, tuner alignment/ calibration.) is in line
          with test procedure.

      4. To support line for trouble shooting in test system.

      5. General support on the following:

• To participate in FOR daily meeting, project meeting to monitor daily operation issue test related.
• To upgrade software to the latest DUT software released by ENG.
• To analysis MIS data and coordinate improvement activities on test time reduction and machine efficiency.
• Early involved in new model concept discussion with CoC and TEF7, to ensure smooth handling from new project set up team after SOP.

       6. Any other TEF7 related duties assigned to.

1. Conduct Operator Specific Skill (OSS) or Logistic Specific Skill (LSS) training for related associates on the assigned workstation according to the Standardized Work Sequence.

3. Plan and schedule operators' training, certification and recertification and coordinate with production on the training schedule.
4. Carry out Policy Deployments, Briefings and Simulations (Central Directives, BPS, WAtS etc).

7. Constantly upgrade the current training manuals / methods (power point presentation & mpeg format) to ensure all training modules are applicable to the respective work stations (synchronized with BPS requirements).
