JOB FUNCTION

1) AUTHORITY    

• Provide training to new staffs in IT infrastructure related matter.
• Supervise subordinates in IT infrastructure related matter.
• Work with vendors for IT project and support.

2) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support and maintain IT infrastructure, information security, network and server.
• Support IT operation system log and security administration.
• Ensure software, hardware and license compliance.
• Provide IT technical support to end users for all IT equipment.
• Maintain attendance device, CCTV and Door Access devices.
• Support in preparing digital artworks for marketing initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

a) Start-up and shutdown the plant, transferring and loading activities and other plant
activities
b) Operate, monitor and control the plant operations to meet desired quality, productivity and cost goals
c) To periodically check on equipment in operation and perform autonomous maintenance (seal pot lube oil monitoring & top up, non-seal pump bearing monitoring) wherever applicable
d) To report any abnormality or malfunctioned equipment to the Sr. Technical Officer I/
Assistant Supervisor.
e) To maintain good housekeeping at the assigned plants and tank farm.
f) To update the shift production report via SAP
g) To monitor condition and functionality of fire-fighting equipment (hose reel, fire

j) To operate Plant 59 (Breading and Packing), Plant 69A (Breading and Packing) and ACM 2 Drumming accordingly to the standard operating procedure and manual

m) To report storage tank conditions (temperature, nitrogen blanketing, tank accessories,
product level, cleanliness and product quality).

o) To ensure empty drums, reject drums, paper bags and other operating materials put and
proper arrange at designated area
p) To work with forklift driver in arranging drums and bags in work-in-progress (WIP) area.
q) To report stock conditions of empty bags, empty drums, crepe tape, sewing threads,
spray can, drumming cap and other drumming/packing items.
r) To perform empty drums conditions checking.
s) To perform drumming/packing weighing machine standard weight checking daily
according to WI-PRO-024Drumming procedure.
t) To monitor and change filter cartridges or bags of CCP according to the guidelines
u) To assist the assistant supervisor in cleaning spray tower and cyclone system as well
premises cleaning during change over the products.
v) To ensure correct shipping marking and labelling of packed bags and drums.

Job Responsibilities :

• To follow instruction and co-operate with the superior.
• To check and ensure the right type and correct quality of raw materials are used for resin manufacturing.
• To carry-out in-process checking and testing in accordance with the standard test methods.
• To assist in charging of raw materials, cleaning of equipments and any maintenance work.
• To complete the process logsheet - the process time, parameter, the date, shift, checklist and yield accordingly as stipulated in the logsheet and work instruction.
