• Need to have SQL knowledge to run query on CWOS database.
• Job tasks include perform troubleshooting on unable to login SAP Fieldglass issue, worker information not updated, worker information displayed wrongly, perform false update the worker SOW, worker WWID not generated and other SAP Fieldglass related issues.
