Minimum Degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information management or related discipline
Experience in end user support and customer relationship management. Practical experience in IT service delivery and IT service level management is an advantage.
Solid knowledge of software and user support, as well as Web application support
Solid knowledge of MS Power BI, Tableau, SSRS and other BI Tools
Solid knowledge of Data Base Management Systems and SQL programming tools such as TransactSQL, SSIS, OLAP, data modelling
Knowledge of good BI designs, visualization, and working with big data would be an asset
Knowledge of Inetsoft and Metastorm's BPM suite is an asset
Committed to quality and good customer orientation, good interpersonal skills, a willingness to help others
General knowledge/expertise/know-how and familiarity with the best practices of the Application and Software Engineering, Software development methodologies and frameworks, Software development lifecycles
