JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

1) To liaise and deal with various government authorities i.e. KDN, Immigration, licensing, foreign workers recruitment, etc.

2) To prepare & follows up document of foreign workers permit status/renewal/cancellation & claim.

3) To lodge police report on foreign workers absconded case.

4) To prepare & follow up for any incident/accident for foreign workers claim purpose.

5) To assist in the administration of disciplinary procedures and actions which includes counseling

6) To employees and handling employees grievances.

7) To assist on training and introduction & orientation/briefing to new employees.

8) To advice management and hostel providers on compliance with all applicable employment laws,

9) Statutory and regulations.

10) To monitor, supervise guard’s affairs, regulate the discipline and attitude on guards during or off duty.

11) To responsible to providing hostel for employees upon reporting to work (for those who is eligible for Lodgment only).

12) To ensure ongoing compliance to all Admin/HR Government policies.

13)To responsible for security guards matters

Requirements

- Minimum Diploma/ Certificate in related discipline.

- Able to do work independently with minimum supervision

- Good communication & leadership skills

- Good team player, independent and self-motivated

- Min 3 to 5 years’ experience in related field

- Must possess own transport

• Monitor and records incoming and outgoing correspondence or parcel including process utilities bills, supplier invoices for Management approval. Ensure the distribution of document to appropriate Person In Charge;
• Monitor office stationery and sundry stock including the reorder when necessary. Maintain record of stock distribution
• Closely monitor supplier services as per contract for office facilities and telecommunication system and vendor service (e.g vending machine/pest control/Security Guard). Request for technical assistance or records when necessary
• Ensure office building and surrounding well maintain by cleaner at all time
• Maintain overall department documents, managing staff travel arrangement, claims and medical claims and expenses report
• Maintain record of petty cash issuance and reimbursement

About This Role:

As a Human Resources Executive, you will be the front head when it comes to any Human Resources functions and matters. You will help to recruit, educate, train, supervise and conduct the employee performance programs as well as ensuring the Accounting Superhero’s HR policy is followed by all employees, managers, and executives.

You may also work alongside the management to tactically plan valuable HR changes and work on implementing them.
