4. Responsible in monitoring and verifying all staff loans and deductions.

10. Responsible in preparation of documents related to employees’ promotion, upgrading and salary adjustment.
11. Prepare estimation fund figure for monthly salary and statutory payout.
12. Upload bank file for payroll, termination, holiday, statutory and release hold salary.
13. Keep tracking on the bank transactions record.  
14. Ensure proper filling and safe keeping of all HR related documentations.
15. Ensure cash list had sent out to respective PIC.
16. Prepare CP21 and CP22A for termination and holiday.
17. Facilitate on annual performance assessment and prepare of annual EA form for staff.
18. Responsible in submission of foreign worker income tax before due date.
19. Prepare of monthly salary report summary for Finance Team.
20. Prepare of payroll reports and other HR reports as per request by Management from time to time.
