What the role is all about:

You will provide valuable support in carrying out the day-to-day HR transformation & analytics activities of Allianz. You will learn about quality data framework to support end-to-end HR solutions and processes. You will help driving standardisation of HR data, use analytics and insights to make data-driven decisions.

Key Requirements

The Audit Manager is responsible to Performing audits in the Allianz Asia Pacific (AZAP) region and be the data analytics champion.

You'll be responsible for:

• Audit managers are responsible for the planning and the execution of audits. They are also expected to lead closing meetings with auditees and senior management, including finalisation of audit report with management feedback.
• As managers, they are expected to lead and guide the audit team during audits and in the execution of projects relating to the regional harmonisation of the internal audit function.

• Relevant certifications, e.g., CIA, CISA, or CISSP would be an added advantage.
• The role includes approximately 20% travel within Asia Pacific. As such, other than English, fluency in Mandarin, Bahasa, or Thai will be an added advantage.

Project planning, develop value propositions and implement the development of DE Rantau programme:

• Plan and implement the programme, focusing on promoting and engaging active participation of the targeted communities and platforms/ digital service providers.

• Ensure compliance to all audits, HR policy and Employee Handbooks.
• Oversees the process of the defined compensation and benefits structure including payroll, leave management and salary adjustment administration.
• Structuring compensation and benefit packages.
• Overseas general administration, employees insurance, security and liaise with agent if required.
• Be key person to work closely with other department leader on organizing staff activities.
• Providing HR consulting and solutions on HR matters to business units on a daily basis.
• Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
• Employee engagement and retention plans for the businesses, including engagement activities, assessment, analysis and facilitation of plans to address surveys, turnover and workforce issues.
• Other HR related matters, including dealing with government agencies e.g. Immigration, Police Station, MIDA, MITI, KDN, Labor Office etc.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource.
• Minimum 5 years and above in Human Resource or related experience.
• Proficient and knowledgeable in labour law, employment act and other government rules and regulations related to HR.
• Required Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Admin Role:

• Provide general office administrative support and responsible for the maintenance of workplace safety & functionality.
• Handle administrative work of company vehicles including inspection, road tax renewal, insurance coverage, accident claims, summons and fleet cards.
• Handle and proposing of company insurance including Group Employee and General.
• To be responsible for company business licenses/operations-related licenses/permits application and renewal.
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements: 

• Proven working experience as HR manager.
• People oriented and results driven.
• Hands-on experience with human resources metrics.
• Familiarity of HR systems and databases.
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
• Good active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
• In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
