What the role is all about:

You will provide valuable support in carrying out the day-to-day HR transformation & analytics activities of Allianz. You will learn about quality data framework to support end-to-end HR solutions and processes. You will help driving standardisation of HR data, use analytics and insights to make data-driven decisions. 

Key responsibilities as listed below but not limited to :

1) Support of a variety of Master Data initiatives

• Assist with HR product data audits and maintenance
• Support data remediation activities; validation, creation, update and mass upload
• Produce data quality weekly reports
• Review respond and redirect queries from internal stakeholders
• Prepare and co-ordinate timely submission of all reports, ensure proper documentation of reviews

2) Review & Develop of Standard of Procedure (SOPs) & flow charts

3) Implement to a series of HR Transformation & Analytics projects 

• Support system Implementation, integration, testing and centralization activities

• Candidates must be currently enrolled in, or have recently completed a Diploma/Bachelor Degree in a relevant area, preferably in HR, Business Administration, Data, Computer Science
• Great communication skills and a team player

Duties & Responsibilities 

To assist and support the team in research and analysis, and in managing programmes and activities in the following areas:

A. Review, research and analysis

• Conducting review, research and analysis on cross border digital trade / e-commerce matters including those being discussed and explored at global and regional level and under free trade agreements and other international collaborations.
• Organizing, analyzing and synthesizing information gathered for identification of trends, best practices and benchmarking.
• Developing detailed report with findings and recommendations
• Preparing and developing findings into presentations to MDEC internal and external stakeholders

B. Free Trade Agreements and Cross Border Collaborations

• Reviewing and analyzing relevant free trade agreements and cross border collaborations relevant and relating to digital trade / e-commerce
• Benchmarking and making comparisons.
• Reviewing and analyzing Malaysia’s position including relevant laws and regulations
• Formulating proposed position for Malaysia
• Drafting input and preparing reports

C. Thought Leadership and Regional Presence

• Identifying and prioritizing opportunities for MDEC to establish thought leadership position in digital trade / e-commerce at regional and global forums
• Planning, organizing and managing regional symposium, workshops, seminars on digital trade / e-commerce.

D. Stakeholder Engagement

• Engaging and obtaining buy in from stakeholders from both public and private sectors.
• Engaging, organizing and conducting focus group discussions with relevant stakeholders

E. Other

• Performing other tasks as may be assigned by Senior Manager, Cross Border Rules
   

Qualifications 

1. Degree in law, international relations, economics, journalism, English language, statistics, ICT or other relevant fields.

2. Between 1 to 3 years’ experience in a direct or related field.

3. Knowledge and/exposure relating to digital trade / e-commerce and working experience in public policy analysis, economic analysis, legal or international trade, industry development, stakeholder engagements, consulting, would be considered an advantage

JOB SUMMARY

The Human Resource Executive will be assisting and supporting the Manager, Human Resource in the daily operations of the Human Resource Department. To provide outstanding customer services to all staff and to ensure the consistence application of Human Resource functions, salary policies and procedures.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. To assist in managing the full spectrum of human resource and administration functions which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance and talent management, payroll and employee counselling and administration.
2. To process and prepare monthly payroll in a timely manner to ensure zero inaccuracies in payroll and related records.
3. To assist and support in formulating, implement, monitor and review all policies and procedures relating to the Hospital’s Human Resources and Personnel Development activities.

5. To support the integration of departmental programs in line with overall strategic company goals.
