Responsibilities:
- To be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative and overall business operations strategy as this is crucial for company growth and success.
- Responsible for overall company operation efficiency, and marginal cost saving.
- Responsible for overall turnover growth and fulfillment in sourcing and delivery.
- Responsible in improve asset utilization.
- Responsible for implementation ISO 17025 (laboratory accreditation).
- Oversee annual budgeting and audit; manage/mitigate the organizations’ legal risk and govern all compliance related issues; ensure budgets and financial allocations are aligned to organizational strategic priorities.
- Design, plan and implement business strategies, projects, digitalization plan and procedure execution.
- Develop actionable business strategies and plans that ensure alignment with short-term and long-term objectives developed in tandem with CEO.
- Provide leadership, thought partnership and tactical support to the People, Organizational Effectiveness and Finance teams ensuring that all organizational systems, policies and practices reflect core values.
- Implement and lead a continuous quality improvement process throughout program areas, focusing on system/process improvement and compliance.
- Take on comprehensive goals from CEO / MD and develop strategic operational plans to execute against those KPIs.
- Perform any other expressed or implied duties as and when required by the superior.
- Comply and committed to company handbook and policies, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in leading organizations, with progressively increasing levels of scope and responsibility.
- Responsible for directing multiple departments.
- Well-versed with regulatory requirements, policies and procedures.
