5. To liaise and work closely with Main-contractors, Consultants, Architects, Subcontractors and other key people involved in the project.
6. To advise Purchasing Department on material and/or equipment delivery matters.
7. To assist in estimating work done percentage for monthly project claim and job report. 
8. To coordinate project handover activities and defect rectification works.
