Job Description :

1. Attends to technical inquiries from distributors or customers by providing guide formulation, process information as well as assistance in production trial runs.
2. Monitor regulations update within the designated area and provide update to Technical Service Manager
3. Updates, familiarizes & document all norm and standards for different criteria of products according to application and location within the region.

4. Assist in handling Customer Complaint.

   * Gather information from customer or Sales & Marketing team on actual issue at site.

8. Develop, maintains and updated product technical data sheet (TDS) according to cluster group as assign.
9. Conducts technical training / presentation to all staff in the company and appointed distributors whenever required.
10. Update product portfolio on a periodical basis
11. Ensures compliance to Health, Safety & Environment for safe working environment which include requirements of ISO 9002, 14000 and HACCP.

Job Experience : 

• Minimum 2 years experience in polymer/ rubber/ compound / plastic manufacturing. 
• Experience in PVC resins, PVC additives & PVC end product (Pipe, window, cable etc.) manufacturing will be an advantage.
