ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop, plan, and implement site environmental, health, and safety procedures/programs and ensure alignment with Global EHS policies, operation control procedures, goals, and objectives.
• Ensure site compliance with government and local EHS & Sustainability compliance regulations and handle all contact with appropriate agencies. Ensure required regulatory and internal performance metric reports are submitted accurately and within the established timeline.
• In the context of the EHS program, other responsibilities include regulatory interpretations, planning, auditing, and evaluation and implementation of information systems.
• Analyze loss control and accident reports and develop, implement, and maintain procedures to minimize losses or accidents.
• Ensure appropriate corrective action is taken where environmental, health, and safety hazards exist.
• Conduct the material handling and ergonomics assessment for employees and formulate solutions to ergonomics hazards.
• Review and approve the contractor permit to work via the e-PTW (Electronic Permit To Work) system.
• Review and control risk assessment and environmental aspects in the workplace with relevant stakeholders
• Coordinate site emergency response team and drill exercise as well as the medical emergency response plan  
• Compliance with local law requirements on workplace industrial hygiene monitoring, air emission, water discharge, noise, hazardous wastes, etc.
• Submit accurate regulatory and performance metric reports as required.
• Interact with all levels of people to help develop or revise the organization’s documented procedures & WIs

The role encompasses providing crucial support in coordinating operational activities for Facilities Management at Robert Bosch Malaysia, in collaboration with the Facilities Manager. Responsibilities extend to liaising with internal heads and associates to meet departmental requirements, including space planning, organizing in-house events, trainings, workshops, and related tasks. Additionally, the role involves serving as an assets coordinator to efficiently manage and oversee relevant resources.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Soft Services Operations – Liaison with the internal stakeholders on coordinating meeting room arrangements, equipment, etc; handling of key management system; handling of first aid boxes; Co-coordinating & maintaining records for general purchases; liaison with internal partners & external vendors;
2. Supervisory to outsource security guards, receptionist & cleaners.
3. Security related - Liaison with the internal HR on new joiner details and on arrangements for printing of new access card's, temporary cards, etc;
4. Administrative – Raising of Bonaparte/PO, preparing justification report for purchases; handling of staff purchases; tracking on renewal of company licenses, regulatory renewals, etc
5. Reporting – Support in providing reports wide online, ranging monthly, quarterly, yearly;
6. Premise maintenance role, responsibilities include managing third-party service providers for cleaning, gardening, and maintenance. The role also involves developing and reviewing policies in line with Bosch directives and industry best practices.
7. Space Planning and Project Management - Provide overview of space usage and maintain a space inventory within the organization.
8. Performing assigned tasks and handling ad-hoc assignments as directed by supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing all regulatory matters concerning BNM (Bank Negara Malaysia).

• You handle the daily operation of Småland, the children playground such as registering kids for the playground admission, taking care of the children and ensure their safety during their stay in the playground.
