The incumbent would be part of IAI’s Mandates team that is responsible to prepareand deliver a standardized document template to IAI team and AIA stakeholders. The document template is a standardized mandate document regarding the governance of the investment of assets and including, but not limited to investment objectives, investment strategy, benchmark, guidelines, investment restrictions and limits of Investment Portfolio and/or Sub-Portfolio.
The incumbent is also expected to be part of the team to drive improvements in the day-to-day preparation and effectiveness of the IAI’s Mandates team process.

The incumbent will be responsible for the following activities:

1. Assist the Associate Director and other team members in IAI COE in the preparation of the standardized document template.

2. Suggest and make improvements to the document templates to improve the speed of production and effectiveness of the document to stakeholders.

3. Engage with other team members in IAI COE in discharging the above roles.

4. To perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by Associate Director to meet operational and/or other requirements from time-to-time.

The role of the candidate is to be a part of an internship program for the Threat Intelligence team, GIS Cybersecurity team. The intern will learn and explore the Threat Intelligence landscape as proposed in the job description. Additionally, the intern will be also given the opportunity to assist senior members to perform tasks related to daily operations as part of the learning curve.

Threat Intel Platform Area:

• TIP Walkthrough in general
• TIP Walkthrough (Threat Model, iType and Observables)
• TIP Walkthrough (Understanding Threat Model)
• Research and understand about TIP (Threat Intel Platform) in general
• Exposure to Anomali ThreatStream in AIA Environments.
• Understand the overall dashboard available in Anomali and what is the presented data abouts.
• Familiar with the Anomali Tab (Dashboard, Analyze, Research) functions.
• Identify the differences between intelligences sources (feeds)
• Understand the relationship of Threat Model association in Observables iType and threat bulletin case studies in Anomali.

Threat Landscape, enrichment, Email Threat, Actor Profiling, campaign, MITRE etc:

• Introduction to ATT&CK Matrix for Enterprise
  • Understand base of adversary tactics and techniques based on real-world observations.
  • After understanding in this area, Intern are required to select 3 Threat Actor from Anomali Threat intel Platform (Threat Model) to match the Actor TTPs based on the ATT&CK Matrix.
• Identify the Threat Actor Profiles (Assignments):
  • Understanding the Threat Actor Capability
  • Identify what are the weakness (vulnerabilities) an actor leverage for a successful attack
  • Gathering the IOCs associated to a threat actor or cyber campaign.
  • Decision making if the case studies is required for Threat Bulletin Publication in Threat Intel Platform (TIP).
• External Threat Landscape and Intelligence Enrichment (Assignments):
  • What’s happening over the week from External Threat Landscape perspective.
  • What are the vulnerabilities disclosed in the wild.
  • Is there any zer0-days exploits related news for the week? If YES, are you able to gathered intelligence if any Threat Actor are leveraging the exploits?
  • Any active Ransomware Group in media attention over the week?
  • Any Media Attention Data Breach Incident?
• Email Threat Landscape (Proofpoint Telemetry) (Assignments):
  • How Many Phishing campaign do you observed from the attachment
  • What are the types of Malware involve in the phishing campaign
  • Identify and gathered the IOCs associated to each phishing campaign
  • Provide an email trending distribute by Malware campaign types.
  • Understanding Email Threat Landscape
• Email Intelligence Actor Profiling
• Email Intelligence Top industry Malware used in email campaign
• Understanding Threat Actor Campaign

Support Procurement Support Operations for Contract Life-cycle Management,
Vendor Master Data Maintenance and Supplier Enablement.

Vendor Master Data Maintenance (VMDM)

• Maintain the vendor master data in SAP ARIBA.

• Ensure all the requirements met per BU requirements

• Support VMDM enquiries, and deal with SAP FICO team if necessary

Supplier Enablement

• Support supplier enablement activities on Ariba Network including but not limited to supplier communications, supplier data setup and work closely with Ariba supplier enablement team.

• Communicate internally with supplier relationship owners and externally with suppliers on the enablement process

Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)

• Support CLM Contract Workspace creation & amendment

• Ensure sourcing process compliance prior to contract signing with proper documentation in place.

• Support general enquiries on CLM.

Others:

• Ensure the SNOW tickets are updated on timely manner to have an accurate TAT

Role Purpose

To deliver on our objective of providing world class managed services for our customers

As an Intern, you will be part of a global leading IT Managed Services team , providing 24 by 7 support for all technology requests that customers present. Your core objective is to restore service for the customer as quickly as is possible and, where further escalation is required, provide a single point of contact and ownership.

With this in mind, your learning areas are:-

1. Level 1 to 1.5 technical support remotely for customers' Computers with a focus on networking, server, virtualisation, cloud, systems and remote desktop support
2. Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve customers issues whilst maintaining customer satisfaction.
3. Systematic IT resolution with ticketing tools
4. Troubleshooting Desktop Applications, Network, Windows Servers, Cloud and the various IT devices
5. Exposure to technologies within the networking, network security, virtualisation, windows servers, VMWare, O365 and Azure cloud
6. Learn what is IT Service Management concepts and application of ITIL and it's subsets of processes
7. Experience working on Shifts

• Your learning knowledge, passion and affiliation to Technologies like Desktop Computing, Networking, Network Security, Servers, System administration and Azure Cloud
• Interest in making a career in the Managed IT Services business
• Knowledge or Skills in any of these areas:
