- Support customer on issues (not limited to): product information, purchase, delivery status, order, payment, promotions, feedback, and complaint resolution
- Accurately record and escalate customers' feedback and bugs to relevant departments
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM / Diploma or relevant certificate in any field
- Required language(s): Mandarin & English
- Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Services field (call center is advantageous)
- Good presentation & negotiation skills with the ability to customize the product to customer needs
- Computer literate
- Positive working attitude and able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Independent, proactive and self-driven

- Determine customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Take iniative to upsell products when they arise.
- Establish sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
- Attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level.
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM and above.
- Required language(s): English
- Speaking Mandarin is added advantage
- Fresh graduates who are interested to start their career in a call centre are also encouraged to apply – TRAINING Provided
- Applicant must be willing to work on rotational shifts.
- Each shift consists of 9 working hours and inclusive of 1 hour lunch for rest.

Job Brief:
Responsible in providing first level support through taking calls and handling the resulting incidents or service requests using the incident management and request fulfillment processes. Escalating incidents that are unable to resolve at first level to IT engineer for second level support and track the incidents until closure.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing level 1 printing support like checking on paper jam, changing of toner and escalate to service team for onsite support.
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support on helpdesk matters including but not limited to troubleshooting network operating system, software and hardware problems
- Work within a ticketing system and create documentation for new processes
- Provide training as and when needed to customers to maximize the potential of existing technology
- Taking new users through the orientation process
- Providing recommendations about support and information access
- Maintaining an updated inventory of software, hardware and resources
- Performing any other IT related duties assigned.
- Prepare and resolve log tickets on any users request attended and close the ticket upon issue resolved.
- Responsible for documenting case studies and relevant IT processes and procedures, and adding to the knowledge base of the organization.
Job Requirement:
- Candidate should possess a Primary / Secondary School, Professional Certificates, Diploma / Advanced Diploma or equivalent in Computer Science / Information Technology
- Preferably at least 1 year of related working experience.
- Preferably Executive specializing in Information Technology or equivalent.
- Good communication skills in English,Malay language for both spoken and written
