  • Develop country specific Understanding and Strategy. Eg - List of Medical schools and how to target them.
  • Develop CRM data base and program. For loyalty programs and future purchase opportunities.
  • Customer Service - answer customer enquiries daily. Close sales, or direct to local country operations. Smoothly and Faster this process.
  • Offline -

         (a) Coordinate with and support internal team members.

         (b) Coordinate with external stakeholders, eg Brand Owner,Suppliers,   

               Universities etc.

  • Increase sales. Increase Product range offering. Includes sales enquiries from online that have to be closed offline.
  • Develop, setup data collection. Reporting and Analysis.
  • Product and Pricing maintenance and control. Maintain Product Range and Pricing by country.
