Job Description:

• Preparations of sales reconciliation for all outlets to ensure all sales are intact with the respective collections.
• Preparation of all respective reports to capture the sales and collections accordingly. Ensure the reports are accurate and accounted for preparation for monthly financial statements.
• Ensuring all the repair documents are intact and entering into the system as soon as possible in order to have an updated repair report as and when required by the management.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

Account Payable (AP)

• Support the preparation of the monthly accounts payable and payment status reports for accountability purposes.
• Assist to supervise the recording of all accounts payable and payment transactions to ensure timely and accurate monthly and yearly accounts payable closing.

• To facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
