- Responsible for daily sales administrative documentations and activities including order receiving, order inquiry, invoice submission and etc.
- Communicate with the production department on the development and update of the product/medical devices.
- Service existing customers efficiently and maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance.
- Attend to customers for all sales-related documentation including quotation, sales processing, invoice, and payment collections.
- Prepare timely and accurate business reports and summaries independently by collecting, analysing, and summarising information
- To perform any ad-hoc task/other tasks as and when required by the management.
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
