Duties and Responsibilities
Business Process Documentation
1. Work with division/department heads to list down all business processes in the division.
2. Collaborate with the division's stakeholders to create/update/delete relevant Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) of the identified process
3. Collaborate with IT/Data team to create & maintain business process dashboard

1. Prioritise business process to be assessed based on the level of importance

1. Conduct review, research and analysis on cross border digital trade / e-commerce matters including those being discussed and explored at global and regional level and under free trade agreements and other international collaborations, including those reported and/or published by:

Perform Data Governance activities and co-ordinate with different stakeholders on handling data remediation and maintenanceAble to understand and abide by Policies, Standards defined by Group/Investment Data Governance
Identify and maintain Critical Data Elements (CDE) for Investment Book of Record (IBOR) across the Investment control boxes defined as per Data Governance Framework

Ability to understand and interpret the data and its lifecycle across different systems like Bloomberg AIM and Eagle Investment Systems and define the Data quality rules on CDE’s
Initiate discussions, and influence different stakeholders/teams to role-up their sleeves to take part in addressing the Data quality issues that arise during monthly Data Quality monitoring process
Lead and manage setting up new workflows/processes as required to improve the investment data quality and standard

Job Requirements :
Education – Minimum undergraduate
Experience – Minimum 10 years of experience, with relevant experience in investment data and be familiar with Bloomberg (AIM and CMGR) and Eagle Investment System. Experience or knowledge in security pricing & market data, reference date, corporate action and transaction data, for an asset management company is an advantage, experience with investment performance return calculation and reporting processes, with focus on GIPS reporting is a plus
Experience on Data Governance policies, standards and framework is required
Technical Skills - Eagle PACE, Eagle STAR, MicroStrategy, Eagle OLAP reporting, Sylvan added advantage, GIPS Compliance process, PERL, Experience of software development life cycle (SDLC), JIRA, SQL, Oracle
