Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

• Reports to Person in Charges (PIC) and advise on the practical implementation of Occupational Safety and Health programs and initiatives at workplace especially on legal and other OSH requirements.
• To advise and ensure the implementation of safe work system.
• Submit monthly reports to PIC on Occupational Safety and Health at workplace.
• To assist PIC in carrying out investigation on accident, incident and near miss, and submit report to PIC.
• As secretary of Safety and Health Committee.

Accountability:

JOB DESCRIPTIONS :-

• Monitor and inspect workplaces as well as equipment and take appropriate action to ensure in compliance with OSHA, FMA, Environmental Act and etc
• Promote the OSH and EHS awareness by conducting internal audit, awareness training and induction programme to all workers and staffs
• Conduct Hazard Identification Risk Assessment Risk Control (HIRARC) and Environmental Aspect Impact Assessment (EAIA) on work process and environmental as and when required
• Prepare and review work method statement, HIRARC, emergency evacuation plan and first aid procedures and documents that relevant to safety
