Job Responsibilities

• Assist to prepare a full set of shipping documentation for import/ export shipment (i.e., Packing Lists, Invoices, Bill of Lading etc.) 
• Check the completeness of shipping documentation and ensure that submissions are made immediately to Forwarding Agent and Freight Forwarder to avoid delays and avoid storage charges incurred.
• Liaise with Forwarding Agent for shipment arrangement and monitor shipment schedule and provide the latest booking confirmation to related parties.
• Update and maintain shipment loading schedule to ensure shipment are planned and arranged accordingly
• Responsible to email the shipping documents to related parties.
• Record the shipment data accurately in shipment master data file and responsible
• To keep the shipment documents in both soft copy & hardcopy.
