E-Commerce and New Business Models – specific to the D2C role

• Develop and execute digital marketing activities to drive conversion across all the Brand’s e-commerce/ online platforms.
• Drive campaign activation both online and offline.
• Support e-commerce operations including but not limited to e-store maintenance, range updates, stock availability, customer service and service level audits.
• Manage and maintain good relationship with 3 rd party vendors and customers.
• Explore new D2C business models, assist in the prototyping, testing and launch.
• New Product Development (NPD) – specific to the Brand & Product Role
• Support the Product Team with the research, insights generation and ideation to create a pipeline for new product development relevant to the target consumers.
• Work with Product team, factory and other 3 rd party vendors on the prototypes, regulatory compliance to the labelling laws and Food Act, as well as sourcing of suppliers.

Budget Management

• Track and manage timelines and budgets for all marketing activities, including financial payments due to 3 rd party agencies, businesses, suppliers.

REQUIREMENTS

Skills and Experiences

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Management or Mass Communication.
• At least 3 years of experience in brand and product management in a FMCG MNC (preferable), B2C or B2B set up. Experience with health and wellness products and services is an advantage.
• Proven experience in brand and communication planning, campaign development, activation of marketing plans, research, and analysis.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing, digital channels and online commerce with a minimum of 1-year experience.
• Basic design, editing and copywriting skills will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with basic data modelling, financial, and statistical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written command of English is mandatory. Business proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia or Chinese is an advantage.

• Source for new students' grants

Job Description

• As a Medical Device Sales Representative, you will be the area coordinator on a wide range of product port-folio in your designated area. You are tasked to carry out all activities responsible and report to the Head of Sales and Marketing Department. Such as in Lead Generation, Marketing, Product Trials, Innovative Feedback and Workshops.

Your Responsibility will be:

• To handle the sales, marketing and after sales service for the Medical Devices in the designated area.
• Generate new sales enquires and expand market potential of medical devices
• Strengthen existing customer relationship and drive uptake of existing products
• Explore new potential area for business growth
• Daily report based on sales activity, to be kept updated, with achievable targeted sales forecast planned every fortnight
• To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Sales - Hospitals, Distribution Corporate or equivalent.
• Must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin will be added advantage
• Required Skill(s): Great communication skills, Self-motivated, Able to work independently, Willing to do sales, and travelling outstation
