JOB DESCRIPTION
-You will join our Social Media team. In this role, you will attract and interact with targeted virtual communities and network users to gradually achieve superior customer engagement and intimacy as well as encourage website traffic and revenue by strategically deploying every aspect of the social media marketing road-map. You need to have a solid understanding of how each social media channel works and how to optimize content so that it is engaging on those channels. You will be responsible for developing and translating content in your native language, joining relevant conversations on behalf of the brand, and “soft selling” the product by providing support to current and prospective clients.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
JOB REQUIREMENTS
-2 or more years of experience in a similar role, either in-house or agency side, ideally within the same area
-Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or related field
-Strong familiarity with the business applications of social media platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Telegram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
-Native Vietnamese, English and excellent verbal, written, presentation, and communication skills
-Strong analytical skills, understanding of social media metrics, and a methodical way to increase the effectiveness of social media campaigns
-Attention to detail, copywriting skills in English, and experience with content creation
-Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset with good multitasking and organizational ability
-Native Vietnamese Needed
