A Specification Executive will be responsible to approach, promote, attend and specify our company products to developers, architects, engineers, interior designers, quantity surveyors.

Job Responsibilities:

• To approach, promote, attend and specify products to developers, architects, engineers, interior designers, quantity surveyors.
• Responsible for preparation of proposals to capture and fulfill different clientele requirements / project technical specifications, proposing solutions.
• Identify and gather new potential leads, influencing and decision making role in numerous manners.
• Attend meetings in assorted stage: budgeting, specification, project site progress.
• Maintaining professional relationships with existing clientele for driving prolonged business developments.
• Collaborates with sales team to ensure successful closure of sales process.
• To be sales and marketing oriented and able to communicate well with the distributors to understand their needs and expand their networking.
• Above scope of work will change or adjust from time to time or from one type of work to another in accordance with the requirement of work base on company discretion

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years profession experience / background dealing in building materials / building construction/ paint Material / project sales.
• Goal oriented, Self-driven, Work Independent.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with various peers and customers in precise and confident manner.
• High degree of precision and accuracy, knowledge in Microsoft Office. Autocad user will be priority.
• Required Language(s)&Written(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Melayu.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the full spectrum of payroll management; processing wages, bonus, allowances, overtime, deductions, and others.
• Handle full set of payroll administration including on-time and accurate payroll processing, salary pay-outs, and liaising with government bodies on all statutory requirements whilst maintaining all data private & confidential.
• Maintain worker's profile, attendance, leave, medical, monthly expenses, training records and employee insurance.
• Keep proper documentation of payroll documents and safe keeping of employee personal files.
• To assist HR in the preparation of all required documentation for the new recruitment of local and foreign workers.
• Monitoring organizational and departmental policies.
• Design compensation and benefits packages.
• Coordinate in the performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual evaluations).
• Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques.
• Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
• Monitor HR department's budget.
• Act as the point of contact regarding labour legislation issues.
• Review current HR technology and recommend effective software.
• Measure employee retention and turnover rates.
• Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
• To work closely with management and colleagues to improve work relationships, and build morale, and productivity including training coordination and company events.
• Other ad-hoc HR duties and initiatives assigned.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager or similar role.
• Experience with Human Resources Management Systems / Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting.
• Strong knowledge of labour legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance).
• Demonstrable leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field; MSC is a plus.
