Job Description

• Responsible for general administration works and other relevant tasks
• Assist and handle ad-hoc task assigns by Management
• Assist sales team to manage phone calls and correspondence (text messages, emails, letters, packages etc.)
• Provide administrative support to sales team efficiently and independently.
• Handling the other administrative work such as office maintenance, payment of utilities every month and office refreshment
• To handle or purchasing all office equipments, stationeries and other office  assets.
• Support in procurement process from purchase requisition, issuance of the purchase order and process payment upon request. Assist in sourcing matters and negotiation with vendors to obtain the best quotes and prices.
