Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain the accounting database by entering data into the system and processing backups.
• Maintain accounting cash and bank records by making copies.
• Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable. Create journal entries for bank account transactions.
• Ensure all daily collections match cash bank-ins and the Muzartime system.
• Key in official receipts after updating bank statements.
• Reply to emails on the supplier payment advice.
• Check student advance fees.
• Liaise with auditors, bankers, tax agents, and company secretary.
• Check debtor aging and ensure no outstanding records.
• Issue cheques and key in payment vouchers.
• Reconcile bank statements by comparing statements with the general ledger.
• Check creditor aging and request SOA.
• Calculate depreciation, accrual, and perform journal entries.
• Verify financial reports, P&L reports by branch, and monthly submissions to CEO for review.

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field (experience from the retail industry will be an added advantage)

Job Duties:

• To manage day to day transaction of the accounts department.

Reporting to the Group General Manager

Operations in the role as Production Manager and has the following responsibilities. 

Responsibilities: 

• Total Operations Management (Production, Maintenance, QC and Operations administration) at Skudai Facility.

• Ensure proper filing of all production documents for easy traceability.
• Forklift driving (Heavy Forklift driving qualification is required for this task)
• Manage and general upkeep and maintenance of Skudai Facility, Johor.

Logistics:

• Management of receiving and checking of all incoming raw materials including cylinders, quads, Cryogenic tanks, assets and all related materials to the business.
• Management of deliveries and checking of all outgoing materials including cylinders, quads, Cryogenic tanks, lifting slings, all other assets and all related materials to the business. 
• Manage ad-hoc projects and tasks. (as and when required)

Safety:

• Good technical and project management abilities with good understanding of design, detailing, building regulations and project implementation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and AUTOCAD.
• Strong track record of successfully completed projects in high rise large scale mixed development / commercial building projects and infrastructure would be an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, pro-active and positive thinking.
• Proficient in written & spoken in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation and oversea as and when required.
