Responsibilities:

• Perform administrative, human resource and corporate secretarial works.
• Calculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses etc. with assistance of a computer system.
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, hour rates, wages, compensation etc). Administer statements of payment to personnel either electronically or on paper.
• Process documentation, prepare related forms and statutory contribution, payment and taxes to submit to EPF, SOCSO, LHDNM, HRD...etc.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HR assistant, staff assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position is a plus.

• PC & MS Office literacy (MS Office, in particular) and good knowledge of relevant software (e.g. SQL) and databases.

RESPONSIBILITIES/AUTHORITIES:

1. Ensure timeliness and accurate manner in all activities relating to payroll administration and processing
2. Monitor, update and administer staff leaves, claims, medical expenses, employee data and attendance records for month-end payroll processing.
3. Perform checking on staff attendance and OT records.
4. Responsible in monitoring and verifying all staff loans and deductions.

9. To do calculation on the termination, holiday and runaway DN to ensure proper calculation and documentations before submit to account department. 
10. Responsible in preparation of documents related to employees’ promotion, upgrading and salary adjustment.
11. Prepare estimation fund figure for monthly salary and statutory payout.
12. Upload bank file for payroll, termination, holiday, statutory and release hold salary.
13. Keep tracking on the bank transactions record.  
14. Ensure proper filling and safe keeping of all HR related documentations.
15. Ensure cash list had sent out to respective PIC.
16. Prepare CP21 and CP22A for termination and holiday.
17. Facilitate on annual performance assessment and prepare of annual EA form for staff.
18. Responsible in submission of foreign worker income tax before due date.

20. Prepare of payroll reports and other HR reports as per request by Management from time to time.
