Working under Direct Superior, assisting and supporting in Export Marketing.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• To identify and develop new potential customers in marketing our brand products in different countries or assigned market region
• Be innovative and think creatively to develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts
• Design supporting marketing materials (mainly social media content, web/e-commerce banner, poster, bunting, brochures, etc.)

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• With experience in handling full set of development / construction accounts and prepare various financial / accounting reports in a timely manner.
• Manage and control of all banking related transactions and accounting processes.
• Prepare monthly financial management report, monitor, summarize and analyze the financial performance of the Project (includes P&L, variance analysis against budget and forecast, balance sheet and cash flow); initiate corrective actions and minimize the impact of variances.
• Assist in feasibility studies, and prepare cash flow for financing purpose.
• Proactively establish business processes and policies for the operational efficiency and controlling, where necessary.
• Liaise with internal & external auditor, tax agent, solicitors, bankers, company secretary and others professional to ensure compliance with all matters relating to audit, tax and statutory requirements.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, or Professional Degree such as ACCA, CIMA, MICPA or equivalent;
