Responsibilities and Duties
- Attend to any open sales request & proposal.
- Obtain new sales leads.
- Prepare systems proposal.
- Attend clients, consultants and end user sales request.
- To participate, handle and deliver sales and tenders.
- Coordinate with system application team for proposal and report.
- Handle sales lead / account.
- Obtain and calculate sales costing.
- Prepare sales quotation and tender submission.
- Sales award and purchase order handling over to project team.
- To work closely with project team and system team when needed.
- To undertake all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by superior.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Advanced/ Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree in Telecommunication, Electrical / Electronic Engineering or other equivalent field.
- Fresh graduated are encourage to apply.

關於工作
這是一個永久職位,將向財務部的會計師報告。作為會計官,您將負責履行支援職責,涵蓋財務和會計職能、資料輸入、一般行政職責以及與銷售和營運人員聯絡。
角色和職責如下:
*透過執行會計任務和一般行政職責,為主管提供高品質的會計和行政支援。
*履行會計活動的資料輸入職責,包括準備支票和發票、憑證、會計報表和報告。
*透過電話、電子郵件和親自處理與客戶和供應商的溝通。
要求
*女性優先。
*最低 SPM/UEC 或會計/簿記或工商管理證書/文憑資格。
*具有在行政和會計環境中工作的經驗。
*良好的溝通能力高於平均。
*必須精通英語以及國語和普通話。
*友善和自信的人際交往能力,能夠優先考慮和協調多項任務。
*良好的溝通、語言、讀寫和計算能力。
*Microsoft Office 應用程式的中階電腦技能。
*初級會計經驗。
關於工作地點
在此職位中,您將駐紮在八打靈再也第 51 區 PJ 工業區。居住在 Jalan Templer、Jalan Gasing、Taman Medan/Old Klang Road 地區,甚至 PJ 第 14 區等周邊地區的考生會發現,通勤到該地點最為方便。該地區缺乏公共交通,因此您有必要擁有自己的車輛來通勤到工作地點。
