• Liaise with internal & forwarder for shipping rate, shipping schedule and term
• Prepare duty exemption approval, LOI or LOA to forwarder to release goods from port
• Prepare invoice, delivery order, packing list and shipping instruction and summit to forwarder for custom declaration
