Job Description
Reporting to Financial Controller, you will be leading a team of finance and accounting professionals, oversee the accounting and financial aspects, managing multiple projects. As senior Finance Manager, you will manage all budget and forecast, cash flow control and monitor project financing and fund raising activities.
Candidate Profile
Female in age group 35-45. You must possess minimum a bachelor degree in Accountancy or ACCA/CIMA with a significant years of work experience in construction and property development activity industry sector. You should have strong knowledge and hands on experience in WIP accounting and project finance. In addition, you will be an energetic and dynamic individual with strong interpersonal skills, fluent in English and conversant in BM and Mandarin.

This is a full time permanent position, reporting directly to Finance Director of the group in Malaysia.
The role will be to manage the full spectrum of accounting and finance functions of the company and several subsidiary companies within the group.
Key responsibilities:
-Responsible for quarterly and yearly reports for Bursa Malaysia announcement.
-Responsible for the Group consolidated accounts on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.

The candidate

Candidate profile
Ideally we are looking for female candidate in age group 35-45 with a professional qualification ACCA and an additional qualification MBA will be a plus. To be considered for this role, you must be a qualified professional Accountant, a member of MIA and have at least 10 years of post qualified experience preferably in construction activities. You should have a significant financial control exposure with a track record of management. You will need to have the ability to work effectively and cooperatively with senior member of the organization across the Group. In this aspect, you will have highly skilled in financial reporting and functional experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting & controls.
As this role will have extensive stakeholder relation excellent communication and writing skills will be highly desirable.
