About the role

With growing customer accounts and demands in Aerospace, we are assembling a team of Customer Service Executives to deliver visibility, proactivity, optimization and high level of customer satisfaction to our major Aerospace account. Based in our Subang Jaya 4PL hub, the team of Customer Service Executives will be rostered in 4 shifts to ensure 24/7 availability to meet our customers' needs.

What you will be doing

Monitor Operational Workflow to Ensure a Full Supply Chain Visibility to the Customer

• Receive and control customer bookings according to the processes in place
• Check optimizations from Optimizer if applicable and propose consolidation options
• Assign customer booking to a selection of freight forwarding agents (3PL)
• Monitor shipments on regular basis (3PL shipment confirmation, milestones completion etc.)

The Analyst, Anti-Financial Crime Compliance will form part of the Global Risk and Compliance (GRC) team to provide support across the business in relation to AFCC operational matters. Reporting to the Senior Manager of AFCC, you would have sound knowledge of AML regulatory requirements and related industry best practices.

 

You will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our organisation against financial crimes, ensuring compliance with AML regulations and contributing to the overall integrity of our financial systems. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive reviews of merchant transactions, enhancing AML monitoring processes and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.  You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement the enhancements of AML systems, staying abreast of regulatory development to ensure our organisation remains at the forefront of compliance. 

This role requires a solid understanding of AML/CFT practices while working with merchants, third party payment and banking partners in the Fintech and Payments’ space in addition to regulators.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Finmo’s compliance efforts across multiple geographies
• Follow policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations, including but not limited to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Business (KYB)
• Utilise AML monitoring systems to conduct ongoing reviews of customer transactions and identify potential suspicious activities.
• Investigate alerts generated by the AML monitoring system, conduct thorough analysis of transaction data, and escalate suspicious activities as appropriate.
• Conduct enhanced due diligence and/or periodical reviews on high-risk customers and ensure compliance with Know Your Business (KYB) requirements.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience within a financial services/technology firm, financial institutions or card schemes with expertise in transaction monitoring and screening
• Have sound technical knowledge and experience of APAC regional or Global Compliance requirements including deep understanding of financial institutions, payments, money service businesses, and/or banking compliance, including knowledge of AML/CTF, prudential, data protection, anti-corruption, fraud and consumer protection regulations.

We are looking for a motivated, dynamic Data Analyst to join our team based out of our offices in various locations. Your responsibilities to provide system support, perform test activities, data migration, etc.

To help to achieve this, we will provide you with a competitive base salary, contractual bonus and career opportunities. You will also be given full product training, with hands on assistance from Operation Team.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Data entry, data compilation, data cleansing for migration project
• Intermediate excel skills (Pivot, Vlookup, etc)
• Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science background
• Assist in ad-hoc functions, assignments, and related duties as and when required
• Able to complete task based on the dateline given
• Able to work on weekend to support project

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree holder in Mathematics / Business Administration or any related field
• At least 1 – 2 years working experience in numerical analysis environment/ Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
• Team player, proactive, initiative and has sense of urgency
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English (Mandarin and Cantonese would be an advantage)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral
• Proficient in MS Words, Excel and Power Point and numerical analysis skills would be added advantage.
• Applicant must be a Malaysian citizen or hold relevant residence status

• Versatility to build rapport with people at all levels
• Multi-lingual in both verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin and Cantonese would be and added advantage)
