ABOUT THE ROLE

The performance specialist role directly impacts the success of paid digital marketing campaigns. Their contribution will drive impressive performance and growth through continuous reviewing, monitoring, reporting, and optimization of paid channels such as (but not limited to) Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Programmatic, and LinkedIn Ads. The specialist will be solely accountable for the accuracy, efficiency, and quality of their output.

The role requires a savvy digital marketer with hands-on execution experience and reporting involvement in paid search and/or paid social campaigns. A tactical mindset, problem solver, results-driven, attention to detail, and team player mentality are some of the attributes that will warrant a successful and progressive career journey within Kaliber.

The role will expose the successful candidate to the global market strategies and tactics for various channels and verticals, working alongside collaborative and passionate colleagues across multiple countries. They will be allocated a reasonable set of client campaigns to manage, supported by senior colleagues such as performance managers and strategists.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Campaign Management and Execution (50%)

• Acknowledge and execute the delegated tasks from Account Managers and Performance Managers in a timely manner
• Proactively schedule and perform recurring optimizations including bid management, budget allocation, forecasting, performance monitoring, strategic testing, campaign expansion, reporting, etc.
• Prioritize conflicting tasks and actively communicate tasks progress and completion time to manage stakeholder expectations
• Perform corrective actions for performance and budget pacing
• Thoroughly review all outputs to ensure accuracy, quality, and best practice
• Assist in the onboarding of a new client when necessary
• Liaise with contractors and freelancers for support in campaign execution

Investigation & Reporting (30%)

• Proactively monitor and communicate campaign performance to immediate stakeholders
• Assess, investigate, and resolve campaign issues and poor performance
• Produce insightful reports (ad hoc and scheduled) for the allocated channels
• Initiate discussions with managers on growth strategies
• Employs analytical reasoning, data analysis, and problem-solving skills to effectively and efficiently manage campaigns
• Collaborate with the Data team to continually provide feedback to optimize client dashboards more efficiently and effectively
• Reach out to senior support immediately and proactively when across arduous issues

Communication & Collaboration (20%)

• Contribute ideas and insights to the development of digital strategies for paid campaigns, including strategic roadmaps, media plans, experiments, and promotional campaigns
• Provide task briefs to other departments such as Creative and Data
• Effectively communicate internally and externally with direct stakeholders
• Acknowledge and respond to client communications

IDEAL CANDIDATE

Qualification and Experience

• 2+ years paid social and/or paid search campaign management experience ideally at an agency, ad tech provider, or client-side with over $50K per month budgets
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Technical and Soft Skills

• Skilled proficiency in directly managing and strategizing for Google Ads and Facebook Ads as a minimum
• Experience in using Project Management software (preferably ClickUp)
• Excellent written and spoken interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in the following is an advantage: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, and Google Workspace Suite

We are looking for a Specialist, People Operations where you will demonstrate a strong track record in the execution of overall People Operations initiatives for employees across Malaysia, Singapore and other offices. You are highly meticulous in thought process and actions, possess a strong sense of responsibility and take initiative to act with urgency to follow through and problem solve with, and for your stakeholders.

What you will do:

Operations

• Possess a strong understanding of HR process chains and responsibilities within People operations domain
• Track headcount fluctuations and possess good vendor management skills and knowledge – both insurance and payroll vendors
• Ensure work permit applications, immigration matters etc, are processed in a timely manner
• Develop reports for monthly, quarterly, annual dashboards and prepare government-regulated reports and surveys
• Represent the company during audit/ regulatory checks
• HRIS employee core database management - Compile and update employee records & core data (manual & system)
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to HR activities (onboarding, new employee data, training, performance management)
• Work closely with HR team to support and execute HR-related initiatives

Payroll, Benefits

• Oversee payroll and benefit administration in Malaysia and assist in other countries when support is needed
• Work closely with payroll vendor on a full range of payroll activities such as: Generating reports, reviewing and validating, monthly salary, incentive, bonus, and any other customized components
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll including: Benefits, taxation, pro-ration and other deductions compliant with manpower regulation in countries we operate
• Critically review and analyze current payroll practices and procedures in order to recommend and implement positive changes and solutions
• Benefits administration and employee perks and wellness programmes such as: medical, dental, mental health, life insurance

Office Management

• Main office services by organizing office operations and processes
• Manage tenancy agreements, renewal and ongoing tenancy matters
• Oversee facility management matters such as fixed asset inventories, work-desk allocation, door system, office renovation and move
• Liaise and coordinate with building management contractor and tenants on matters
• Procure and maintain office supplies and inventory

What we are looking for:

• Have at least 5+ years of experience in People Operations
• Experience with working in a sizeable and fast paced environment with multi-cultural workforce
• Demonstrated experience in employee lifecycle, payroll administration and/or HRIS
• Thorough and up-to-date working knowledge of local labour laws & taxation

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical individual to join our Product Management Asia team as a Digital Marketing Specialist. Reporting directly to the Product Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and scaling up integrated marketing capabilities based on our growing suite of digital products that enhance trade show experiences.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Establish Marketing & Analytics Operational Excellence:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user behaviours and preferences, translating insights into actionable marketing initiatives.
• Work closely with product team to develop marketing operations procedures that facilitate data-driven campaigns.

Marketing Collateral Production:

Demand and Consideration Strategy:

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) in assigned studies for investigative sites, RSU Team Lead, Clinical Operations, Feasibility, Site Identification, Project Leadership and GICS. Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions (WIs), quality of designated deliverables and to project timelines. Where applicable, act as a Country Lead for projects with no regional Lead assigned.
• Perform Regulatory, Start-up and Maintenance activities according to applicable regulations, SOPs and work instructions.
• Prepare site regulatory documents, reviewing for completeness and accuracy.
