• In plant, responsible mainly for all shipment mode for Outbound shipments (US and JP).
• Main contact with planner, end customer logistics team, shipping, external warehouse (SGL), LOM, engineering, quality team, TMC Vietnam, procurement and LSP for transportation alignment.

Operational services provided by this HC to PgP1 are detailed as follows with each departments:

Planner
a. Alignment on forecast volume, trend and planning.
b. Coordinate on daily shipment including mode of transport request, criticality 
    and etc. and make the best decision on suitable mode of transportation.
c. End to end track and trace for all shipments.
d. Special booking and hypercare attention on expedite/I-STAR/ad-hoc 
    shipment  including being able to support over the weekend or beyond the
    working hours.
e. Attend any plant workshop or meeting by LOG
f. Coordinate on holiday planning and support needed for shipment.
g. Data collection and sharing include monthly and shipment dashboard.
h. Close follow up on shipment transfer to external warehouse to ensure meet
    shipment cut off time.

End customer's logistics team (payers)
a. Support the requirement of end customer on logistics request, ad-hoc shipments, 
    reporting, rate and billing clarifications daily.
b. Quarterly meeting to discuss on LSPs performance, strategization, allocation and other
    arising issue together with PgP1, PUI and network team

Shipping
a. Alignment with Shipping on LSP allocation, expedite shipment arrangement and provide
    clear instruction on critical materials shipments arrangement (delay, pull in and etc.)
b. Coordination on mode of shipment, timeliness of documentation, truck delay or issues
    which not able to perform any of the loading on time.

External warehouse
a. Alignment on mode of shipment, capacity, timing on loading, forecast planning,
    inventory available or to be made available to plan for the loading, invoice cut off to
    meet the cut off time.
b. Coordination on change of mode of shipment where needed to support business
    needs.

LOM/Engineering/Quality team
a. Alignment on shipment arrangement and track and trace for trial shipment on
    packaging change, sample and quality shipment.

TMC (Vietnam)
a. Contact window for Overland shipment with TMC (Vietnam)

Procurement
a. Provide tender support on the volume and sharing/feedback on the LSP performance
    to PUI/LSP manager
b. Ensure rate card is always valid and trigger for action whenever near expiry and
    provide clarification/suggestion on the new rate with improvement needed from LSP.
c. Alignment on new lane introduction or back up plan based on needs and frequency.

LSP
a. Allocation of volume among LSPs, and solve bottleneck in capacity issue
b. Optimize freight based on the allocation and quota rate capped.
c. CIP projects to achieve both process efficiency and cost savings
d. LSP performance management, including change route, exception handling, KPI
    tracking and track and trace.
e. Ability to do strategization towards each LSP according to their performance, dynamic
    capacity and rate
f. Manage LSPs operational deviations including root cause analysis and PDCA for
   improvement.
g. Conduct MBR meeting with LSPs.
h. Coordinate on claim management between internal, LSP including liaising with
    surveyor or adjustor and informing plant regarding to final result and also the

3.       Collaborate with German supply chain planner and attend customer meetings

4.       Continuously oversee all parts shipments to Asia, including priority shipments

5.       Able to organize expedite shipments from our Asian warehouse

6.       Regularly check/monitor order situation for our Asian customers

7.       Able to handle re-qualification, scrapping, and lost material cases in a defined

process

8.       Regularly monitoring raw material supply for Asian productions

9.       To perform weekly checks for selected products

10.      Monitor German priority shipments and react urgently

11.      Other additional tasks as per superior instructions

• Quote & Debit review in Model N
• Standard order management including expedites/pull ins/cancellation/push outs.
• Support Customer's RMA & other RMA related FA support.
• Support review of account booking/backlog/billing with Sales.
• Other ad-hoc support covering free of charge sample tracking for Distis, customer questionaires & other EHS/technical matters.
• Partner with Sales to manage all Renesas communications with Distis/customers.
• Renesas contact for Distis and Sales for any other topics.

The role of Customer Success Specialist is to fulfill sales support and customer service to event and digital media clients, from point of sale to event date and rebook, customer service and co-ordination of sold programs. The Customer Success Specialist is responsible for accurate delivery of sold programs, reporting, and asset coordination. If you are someone that loves creating an amazing experience for clients, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the fulfilment of client services/sponsorship programs at live and virtual events according to their contracts
• Maintains accurate tracking of deliverables​
• Responsible for onsite management of the rebooking process​
• Acts as main point of contact for client from point of sale to the date of the event/campaign conclusion and is the lead in all aspects of customer service. Is the interface for the customer to all internal stakeholders.
• Works with event support teams (Content, Marketing, Event Operations and Registration) to ensure all elements of the client’s package is fulfilled as promised.
• Partners with Event Operations and the Informa Engage team to ensure the client has all their needs fulfilled, aiming to delight our customers with excellent ‘white glove’ service
• Partners with Sales teams and Operations to plan and run the rebook program at the event
• Is responsible for timely and accurate distribution of incoming leads
