Job scope:-

To perform general office duties, data entry, preparing invoices, job schedules & documentation filing, etc.

To provide operational support such as answering phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and preparing job schedules.

To monitor regular update inventory, administrative support, office admin duties, or other ad-hoc duties as and when required by Management.

Requirement:-

PC proficient and well-versed in MS Office applications (e.g. word, excel).

Proficient in speaking and writing in English and simple Chinese.

Responsible, meticulous, efficient, and able to work independently.
