The Account Manager plays a crucial role as a bridge between the agency and its clients. This position involves managing client relationships, understanding the client's needs, and ensuring the successful execution of communication campaigns. This role requires the person to have great project management skills, coordinating with various internal and external teams to deliver high-quality output and maintain client satisfaction. 
 
Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Kent-based Marketing Strategist who is proficient in managing digital campaigns for our client who is established within the public sector.

This position is permanent and based in the Maidstone area, with the successful candidate able to work from home twice a week.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with new business leads to develop new business proposals including
• providing a point of view on how purpose can benefit / positively impact the prospect
• Lead stakeholder interviews and synthesize key themes
• Lead team of Strategist(s) on researching thought-leaders to engage as “Luminaries” on key topics
• Lead communications with clients for project planning.
• Assist in prepping and facilitating project ideations by developing briefs for participants and contributing meaningful, thoughtful and relevant ideas and articulations
• Prepare for and participate in client meetings
• Lead the development of project work including synthesis of insights, creating
• necessary frameworks and developing materials in a manner that makes it clear, relevant and interesting for clients
• Manage a team of Strategist(s) to ensure interviews, meetings, and all components of project plan are on schedule
• Lead planning and facilitation for Luminary workshops, oversee Strategist(s)
• Assist in the creation of new best practices and tools.
• Proactively work with and mentor interns and Strategists

QUALIFICATIONS

• Passion for leading meaningful projects that focus on purpose and positive societal impact.
• 2-3+ years in strategy, consulting, purpose, social impact work, or other relevant experience preferred.
• Project management capabilities working with internal teams and client teams
• Confident thinker, communicator, writer, and presenter and also open to continued learning and growth.
• Ability to manage responsibilities for multiple projects and internal needs
• simultaneously.
• Highly organized with attention to detail across many moving parts
• Experience working in client services is a plus.

Details of the Division and Team:

The Quantitative Strategist (Quant Strat) combine expertise in quantitative analytics, modelling, pricing and risk management with deep understanding of system architecture and programming. Their primary output is a scalable and flexible Front Office pricing and risk management system. The technology platform underlies the trading functions of the Bank as well as management processes around the rational allocation of constrained resources, management of funding costs and capital efficiency programs.

Your key responsibilities:

• Responsible for the development of risk management analytics and tools for the Lending businesses with Deutsche Bank
• Responsible for development of infrastructure to manage the relationship between the Lending businesses and Deutsche Bank Treasury, including improvement and automation of risk and funding processes
• Responsible for development of valuation techniques appropriate to hold-for-maturity accrual businesses
• Build-out and piloting of strategic analytics platform in partnership with Global Technology
• A general desk start role supporting originating businesses and ensuring smooth operation of desk systems

Your skills and experience:

• Minimum of 4 years' working experience in financial services as a quantitative analyst / developer / strat focusing on financial markets or banking book products.
• Proven experience in computing and programming skills in Python and/or C++.
• Proven experience and knowledge in quantitative analytics, modelling and pricing.
• Ability and aspiration to use, learn and extend large codebase dealing with complex business problems.
• Ability to meet the challenges presented by a fast paced, constantly changing work environment.
• Relevant education in engineering, physics, math, computer science or finance
