Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Sr OPEX Engineer.
What You’ll Do
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Optimize processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste and improve quality, apply continuous improvement methodologies and tools that promote systematic and sustainable improvement in the organization.
Essential Functions
- Analyze plant processes to identify bottlenecks, waste, opportunities for improvement through data analysis.
- Design and implement improvements in the plant applying Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, problem solving methodologies, among others.
- Standardize and ensure sustainability of plant processes.
- Lead and coordinate continuous improvement events.
- Planning and execution of continuous improvement projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree: Industrial Engineering or similar
- English: Intermediate/ Advanced
- At least 3 to 5 years or more in Continues Improvement area
- Lean Manufacturing
- Six Sigma
- Kaizen
- VSM Process Mapping
- Statistical control of the process SPC
- Problem Solving
