Job Description
You will report directly to Sr Director Compensation, and you’ll work out of our Chihuahua or San Luis Potosi, Mexico locations on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the organization by developing and implementing compensation strategies, policies, and programs, conducting market analysis, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement compensation strategies, policies, and programs
- Conduct market analysis to ensure competitiveness
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to align compensation with business objectives
- Drive continuous improvement in compensation processes and practices
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- 5+ years of experience in compensation, Human Resources or Data Analytics
- Strong knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation
- Experience in a global organization
