Goal
Compliance and monitoring of training-related activities such as qualifications system, LMS, internal training and government processes.
Principal Activities
- Follow-up with leaders and managers for the correct administration of evaluations to operational and administrative personnel.
- Follow-up to internal and external training for registration in government and internal systems. (Schaeffler Academy)
- Support in event management.
- Management of induction courses and follow-up to the documentation of new admissions (PI and DP)
- Creation of training content for e-learning.
- Support in internal and external audits.
Education, experience, knowledge, and skills:
- Education: Psychology, business administration, human resources or related
- Advanced English
- Communication, teamwork, adaptability or flexibility, time management, initiative, problem solving
