About The Role
We are seeking an
Engineer I for our
Quality Department, who will actively participate in the continuous improvement of products and processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards through data analysis, audits, and corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality audits of products, processes, and systems.
- Analyze nonconformities, failed materials, or returns, proposing corrective actions.
- Evaluate statistical performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate in the management of nonconforming product and the definition of disposition.
- Apply concepts of process variation (common and special causes).
- Support the evaluation of suppliers and materials from a quality perspective.
- Work collaboratively with internal engineering and manufacturing teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or related field).
- 2 to 3 years of experience in roles related to Quality, Engineering, or Manufacturing.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of quality tools and data analysis.
- Intermediate English (reading technical documentation and basic communication).
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in internal audits or root cause analysis.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.
