What you'll do day-to-day
- Run precise QA across every live project. Click through every form, every flow, every edge case — on different devices, browsers, and states. Catch things before users do.
- Research and help build new things with AI. From rough brief to working prototype: scope it, prompt your way to 80%, polish the last 20% by hand.
- Hunt down issues across forms and platforms. Monitor what's live. Spot bugs, broken logic, UX friction, failed submissions. Keep everything running.
- Jump on live issues fast. When something breaks — a form down, a broken flow, submissions failing — drop everything, diagnose, fix, and document what happened.
- Back up the support team. Jump in on trickier tickets, reproduce reported issues, and close the loop between what users report and what we actually fix.
- Improve the look and feel of existing forms. Tighten layouts, clean up copy, fix alignment, make things feel less clunky.
- Build helpful internal tools. Small AI-powered utilities, dashboards — whatever saves the team time. Scope it, build it, ship it.
- Work across form types — lead capture, customer onboarding, internal workflows. You'll touch all of it.
- Keep pace with new AI tools. The space moves fast — try new builders, plugins, and workflows, and bring the good ones back to the team.
- Proactively find ways to make things better. Don't wait to be told. If something can run smoother, look cleaner, or convert higher — surface it, build the fix, ship it.
What we're looking for
- We're genuinely open on seniority. We care far more about what you can ship than what's on your CV.
Must-haves
- Eagerness to dive into an AI-powered building fast. Prior experience with AI app builders (Bolt, v0, Lovable, Replit Agent, Cursor, or similar) is a plus — but not required. What matters is that you're hungry to build and willing to figure things out as you go.
- Sharp attention to detail — the kind of person who notices the extra space, the broken validation, the mobile layout that's 4px off.
- QA instinct — you think like a user, break things on purpose, and document clearly what you find.
- Comfort prompting AI tools to solve problems. You don't freeze when the first output isn't right; you iterate.
- Self-direction. We give you the what; you figure out the how.
- Clear written English for documentation, issue reports, and async work.
Nice-to-haves
- Basic HTML / CSS / JavaScript to debug and nudge code when AI output is almost-but-not-quite right.
- Design sensibility — spacing, hierarchy, typography. You don't need to be a designer, but you should know a clean form when you see one.
- Familiarity with integrations (webhooks, Zapier, Make, n8n).
How you'll work
- Fully remote, full-time. We care about output, not hours at a desk.
- Async-first. Most communication is written; sync when it's worth it.
- AI-native. We use AI tools throughout the day. You should too.
- Compensation. This position offers an hourly pay rate ranging from $10 to $11 USD per hour, depending on qualifications, skills, and experience.
