Your Role
- Design and implement strategies to ensure compliance with the plant’s manufacturing system.
- Implement strategies to guarantee adherence to the plant’s quality system.
- Implement strategies aimed at improving manufacturing operating costs.
- Coordinate with functional areas to secure the services required by the plant manufacturing area.
- Design continuous improvement strategies for the manufacturing process.
- Promote a productive and safe work environment within the team.
- Execute strategies and activities to optimize the use of human, material, technical, and financial resources.
- Effectively manage model changes, product changes, and changes in requirements.
- Control and manage the budget.
Your Background
- At least 5 years of experience as a Manager in labor-intensive manufacturing environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an Administrative-related field.
- Strong ability to organize tasks, manage time effectively, and plan activities.
- Strong internal and external communication skills, including communication with plant personnel.
- Strong organizational and management skills to achieve departmental objectives.
- Positive and proactive leadership.
- Excellent decision-making skills and the ability to identify and communicate potential operational risks.
- Flexibility and availability according to special area requirements.
- Proven ability to effectively manage work teams.
- Computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
- Bilingual: English – Spanish.
- Experience in wiring harness manufacturing.
