The position reports to the Country Controller but closely coordinates with the School ChiefOperating Officer (COO) for day-to-day operations.Location: Calamba, LagunaDuties, Functions and Responsibilities1.
Finalize school financial statements for submission to the Country Controller2.
Monitor school budget3.
Ensure school compliance with government regulatory agencies4.
Formulate and recommend finance operating policies and guidelines5.
Ensure implementation of approved finance operating policies and guidelines6.
Review requests for disbursements to ensure the validity, completeness, and accuracy ofsupporting documents7.
Accomplishes other responsibilities assigned by the Country Controller and School COO8.
