Our core products include plywood, dimensional lumber (2x4, 2x6), and compost for agricultural and landscaping applications.As we expand into 10 countries, we are building a robust commercial infrastructure to support growth and develop long-term partnerships across multiple markets.About the RoleThe Sales Development Representative (SDR) will serve as the first point of contact for sales engagement, working directly with a U.S.-based seller to generate and qualify leads across 4–5 countries.This role focuses on outbound prospecting and plays a critical part in building the company's sales pipeline and driving revenue.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute outbound outreach via email, phone calls, and virtual communication toolsProspect and engage potential customers across multiple countriesQualify leads and identify business opportunitiesSchedule meetings and introduce qualified prospects to the sellerWork jointly with the seller to support deal progression and revenue generationMaintain and update all activities daily in HubSpot CRM to ensure a clean and accurate pipelineHow You Will Help the Team SucceedThrough consistent virtual engagement—including email outreach, phone calls, and online meetings—you will generate qualified leads that convert into real business opportunities.You will be a key contributor to revenue by supporting the sales process from initial contact through pipeline development, working closely with the seller to achieve results.RequirementsBased in Mexico, Colombia, or Costa RicaStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environmentCommunication abilities to clearly articulate product value and build strong client relationships.Proactive and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.ExperienceSDR Level 1: 2+ years of experience in outbound sales or similar rolesSDR Level 2: 4+ years of experience, including training or mentoring SDRsPreferred BackgroundExperience in wood distribution, construction, agriculture, or landscaping industries is a plus but not required.CompensationCompetitive base salary adjusted based on country of residenceUncapped commission structure tied directly to revenue generatedFully remote positionOpportunity to work with international teams and marketsBonus: Ability to travel to the United States (not required)Start DateThe target start date is early to mid-April.ApplyLearn more about us at candidates, please email your resume to ****** or apply via LinkedIn.
