Young Professional – Processes Analyst at BairesDev

This is an excellent opportunity to begin your career in process management and continuous improvement within a global tech environment, where you'll support the mapping, analysis, and optimization of business processes alongside experienced professionals.

What You'll Do:

- Assist in mapping and documenting current business processes, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.

- Support the design and implementation of optimized workflows and standard operating procedures.

- Collect and analyze process-related data to measure performance and track improvement initiatives.

- Collaborate with different teams to understand their operational needs and contribute to process redesign efforts.

- Help maintain process documentation repositories, ensuring materials are accurate and up to date.

- Participate in continuous improvement projects, applying methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma under the guidance of senior team members.

What We Are Looking For:

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Systems Engineering, or a related field — or currently pursuing one.

- Strong interest in process improvement, quality management, or business analysis.

- Analytical mindset with good attention to detail and structured thinking.

- Comfortable working with data and process mapping tools.

- Advanced proficiency in English.
