About The Role
We are looking for a
Logistics Coordinator to manage and coordinate logistics operations while supporting the full lifecycle of projects, from order placement to delivery and invoicing.
This role is critical in ensuring smooth communication between
Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service, guaranteeing timely and efficient execution of orders and shipments.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics operations
- Track and monitor shipments and delivery status
- Manage import/export processes and logistics documentation
- Enter and update shipment and order data in SAP
- Schedule pickups and coordinate with carriers and suppliers
- Ensure accurate and timely communication across departments
- Provide updates on order and project status
- Identify and follow up on high-value or critical orders
- Support project coordination and ensure deadlines are met
- Act as backup support for logistics operations when needed
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, International Business, Business Administration, or related
- 2 - 3 years of experience in:
- Logistics coordination
- Import/export operations
- Shipment tracking and carrier coordination
- Intermediate English level
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills
