You'll join a third-generation, family-owned American apparel business running its own direct-to-consumer storefront, with more than 12,000 customer reviews behind it. It's small enough that you'll touch most of how the company runs, and established enough that there's a real operation to run: Shopify, live inventory, shipping software, thousands of orders.

The work sits where e-commerce operations meets light technical problem-solving: Shopify updates, inventory and reporting, connecting data from the shipping software into clean spreadsheets, and helping teammates remotely with software and account setups. It’s a junior seat with a lot of surface area — you’ll touch most of how the business actually runs.

What You'll Do

• AI and automation support. Use everyday AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to create simple scripts and dashboards and automate small daily tasks.
• E-commerce and data assistance. Support Shopify backend updates, basic inventory pulls, and light data entry and reporting.
• Internal tools and system help. Work with the team to connect data from the shipping software into clean spreadsheets and dashboards.
• Basic tech support. Research office equipment specs and guide teammates remotely through simple software or account setups.

What You Bring

• Comfort using everyday AI tools (Claude, OpenAI) to speed up your own work.
• Experience with the Shopify backend and basic spreadsheet analysis in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong English communication skills — you’ll coordinate directly with the U.S. team.
• Reliable, self-driven, and quick to learn new internal tools.
• A basic understanding of APIs, webhooks or simple scripting is a plus.
