What will you do?
The Plant Supervisor manages daily production functions within the plant, focusing on development, management, and motivation of production personnel to increase productivity and improve efficiencies.
- Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing daily production operations and ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
- Collaborating with multiple departments to meet production targets and quality standards.
- Supervising and mentoring team members, fostering skill development and performance improvement.
- Analyzing production data to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.

- Take ownership of production outcomes by ensuring schedules and quality standards are consistently met, maintaining accountability and integrity in all actions.

What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, production management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and improve operational processes.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
