Data Quality Specialist at BairesDev
As a Data Quality Specialist, you will ensure the highest standards of accuracy and reliability for our data assets. You will play a vital role in overseeing data annotation processes, ensuring that the information powering our AI/ML models is precise and consistently formatted according to rigorous guidelines.
What You'll Do
- Execute comprehensive quality assurance procedures for data annotation and labeling tasks.
- Audit datasets to ensure strict adherence to complex project-specific guidelines and requirements.
- Identify and document data inconsistencies, providing actionable feedback to annotation teams.
- Support the data lifecycle by maintaining integrity within AI/ML training data pipelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine annotation standards and improve overall data operations.
- Monitor data quality metrics and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in data operations or quality assurance roles.
- Proven expertise in implementing data quality assurance processes for AI/ML training data pipelines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to strictly follow complex annotation guidelines.
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) within data-driven environments.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
