Program Manager at BairesDev
As a Program Manager, you will oversee technical delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring high-impact projects reach completion efficiently. You will act as a key connector between cross-functional teams and stakeholders, streamlining communication and alignment to achieve strategic objectives.
What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end execution of complex technical programs, ensuring delivery stays aligned with business goals.
- Coordinate multiple engineering teams to manage interdependencies and resolve bottlenecks throughout the development lifecycle.
- Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders, providing clear updates on progress, risks, and resource allocation.
- Leverage project management frameworks to track milestones and ensure high-quality technical outcomes.
- Facilitate collaboration between technical and non-technical departments to ensure shared understanding of project requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes to optimize efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management, software development, or technical leadership.
- Proven expertise in managing technical delivery, coordinating multiple teams, and tracking dependencies.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools like Jira.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Strong technical literacy to bridge communication between cross-functional departments.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
