- Lead dynamic cross function team.
- Schedule and conduct product development team meetings.
- Develop and maintain project plan in support of Inteva and customer objectives.
- Drive project execution through disciplined use of Inteva Product Development Process.
- Drive team performance to meet project imperatives.
- Lead communication between manufacturing plants, sales, engineering, and customers.
- Forecast project capital needs.
- Manage customer billable tool collections.

Position Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (Industrial or Mechanical Engineering Preferred)
- 5+ more years of engineering experience.
- Experience in Tier 1 program management role.
- Experience leading cross functional team.
- Work effectively in a team atmosphere
- Effective problem-solving skills.
- English advanced.
